On the centenary of the awarding of the Nobel Prize for Literature to Grazia Deledda, the Library System Monte Linas and the IIS Marconi-Lussu of San Gavino Monreale are promoting a bibliographical exhibition dedicated to the great Sardinian writer.

The exhibition offers an opportunity for cultural and literary exploration, allowing visitors to better understand Grazia Deledda, the only Italian woman to win the Nobel Prize in Literature, and an author capable of describing the world, traditions, and soul of Sardinia with extraordinary sensitivity.

Through books, bibliographical materials, and references to his literary production, the exhibition aims to pay homage to one of the most significant figures in twentieth-century Italian culture, whose thought and writing continue to speak to new generations today.

The exhibition will be open to visitors from May 14th to June 3rd at the Via Tommaseo complex.

An invitation to rediscover the value of reading and the cultural legacy left by one of the greatest authors of Italian literature.
