The history of the library
The library of the Monsignor GM Pilo Institute of Religious Sciences was founded in 1984 at the Institute of Religious Sciences in Villacidro.
It was moved to San Gavino Monreale, where it is currently located, in 2000. It has a collection of approximately 11.300 books, mostly related to theology, an important newspaper library that is continuously updated with numerous prestigious religious magazines, and a well-stocked Sardinia Section.
