The history of the library
Sardara's municipal library has been active since 1982 and currently occupies part of the spaces on the first floor of the former primary schools in Via Manzoni, a historic building constructed in the 1920s that also houses the toy library, some municipal offices and volunteer offices.
The internal premises consist of a reception area and two rooms, one of which is multi-purpose and is often used for book presentations, cultural activities and film screenings. There are also three internet stations for users.
Il patrimonio è costituito da circa 16.000 volumi e 1000 opere multimediali, integrate costantemente con nuovi materiali.
