The library system Monte Linas, is collecting video material to create an archive regarding the history, customs, traditions and folklore of the area. Anyone wishing to contribute to its creation is invited to visit any library in the system and donate their materials. The donor's details will be entered into a chronological register, and they will be issued a receipt specifying their responsibility for the integrity of the loaned content and declaring that Coop Agorà declines all liability for any damage resulting from processing. The material will become part of a dedicated archive and may only be shown within the library premises and will not be disclosed externally or sold to third parties.

The expected time for conversion to DVD is one month. After this period, the VHS will be returned and its converted content will be given to the supplier as a gift.
